i longboarded about 9 or 10 miles yesterday. best time i have had in a while. had an accident on my board this last weekend. crashed going downhill going about 25 -30 mph. my back, elbow and side is pretty road rashed. doesn't stop me from boarding though, it's way too fun to give up.

longboarding gives me great joy. when i jump on my longboard and surf some pavement, nothing else matters. the messy room at home, the bathroom that could probably use some scrubbing... all of it means nothing to me when i'm on my board. so why get off?
